Workfront Designer / Business Analyst

The Workfront Designer is responsible for the operational health, governance, adoption, and optimization of an enterprise Adobe Workfront instance supporting 10,000+ users. This role combines platform administration, advanced reporting, user enablement, and strategic governance to ensure scalable, high-performing system operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise onboarding, intake design, and scalable configuration aligned to business needs
• Drive platform governance, system cleanup, and technical debt reduction (users, reports, fields, templates, layouts)
• Design advanced reports and executive dashboards using calculated fields and text mode
• Provide Tier 2 support, troubleshoot complex workflow and access issues, and coordinate Adobe escalations
• Develop training resources, host office hours, and drive user adoption
• Lead AI feature enablement and translate releases into practical, role-based use cases
• Monitor platform health, enforce standards, and maintain data integrity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Adobe Workfront administration in a large enterprise environment
• Advanced reporting expertise (text mode, calculated fields, executive dashboards)
• Experience operating in multi-group, governed environments
• Strong stakeholder consultation and change management skills
• Tier 2 troubleshooting experience with Adobe Support coordination
• Workfront Core Developer Professional Certification preferred
