ACI Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Senior Network & Communications Infrastructure Architect to support a mission-critical federal program. The selected candidate will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, securing, and maintaining enterprise network and communications infrastructure supporting geographically dispersed locations.
This position requires extensive experience with enterprise networking, communications systems, infrastructure modernization, and network security within complex environments.

- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud-based network infrastructures.
- Evaluate and recommend network hardware and software solutions.
- Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades, expansions, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Architect wired and wireless network solutions supporting mission requirements.

- Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity across multiple locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network connectivity issues.
- Perform advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis for enterprise infrastructure problems.
- Maintain network diagrams, configurations, and technical documentation.

- Support and manage enterprise VoIP systems, video conferencing platforms, and unified communications solutions.
- Ensure reliable and secure voice, video, and data communications services.
- Support enterprise communications infrastructure modernization efforts.

- Implement and maintain network security solutions including:
- Firewalls
- VPN technologies
- Access controls
- Network segmentation
- Ensure compliance with organizational, federal, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to mitigate risks and respond to incidents.
- Support security audits, assessments, and accreditation activities.

- Work closely with internal teams, government stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
- Coordinate with field personnel and remote sites during deployments and troubleshooting activities.

- Develop and maintain:
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

- Lead infrastructure-related projects including:
- Site build-outs

- Bachelor''''s degree in:
- Computer Engineering

- Related technical discipline
OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise networking and communications infrastructure.
- Extensive experience architecting and supporting enterprise network environments.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed locations and remote sites.
- Experience with enterprise wired and wireless networking technologies.

- Experience supporting Federal Government environments.

- Active DHS, TSA, Secret, or higher clearance.
