Summary

Our client in Norwood, MA is seeking a full time onsite Estimator / Project Manager. The Estimator / Project Manager will be responsible for managing intake of project bids through project delivery, to include, but not limited to: review of design and project cost estimations; preparation of formal bids to clients; Project Management of secured bids to include Budget Management as well as People and Resource Management.

To be considered, you must have:

At least 4+ years of experience working as an Estimator / Project Manager for Commercial and Residential clients providing Ceiling and Wall Application Solutions including Acoustics.
Ability to manage the Bid Process from intake of Project Bids through Estimation, Project Management, and Delivery to client.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
Ability to effectively communicate with all project stakeholders to include, and not limited to: Senior Management Team, Client Representatives, Product Vendors, General Contractors, and field employees.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

Experience with Project Estimation Software such as BuzzBID or similar products.
Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields.
