Summary
We are seeking a Workday HCM Consultant with experience supporting contingent workforce processes, integrations, and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Support contingent worker lifecycle (onboarding, requisitions, data integrity)
Build/support integrations (Workday Orchestrate, EIB, etc.)
Assist with Salesforce data/file transfers
Configure Workday (custom orgs, worker data, messaging)
Partner on security (Entra / Azure AD)
Provide Tier 2 support
Requirements:
Strong Workday HCM experience
Contingent workforce experience
Workday integrations experience
Experience with security and data management
Nice to Have:
Salesforce integrations
Workday Messaging
Entra / Azure AD
Important:
Contract to hire
