Summary
Key Responsibilities
Translate business challenges into data science and analytical solutions
Collect, clean, and preprocess large structured and unstructured datasets
Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models
Perform statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimentation (A/B testing)
Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions
Communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Partner with data engineers to productionize models
Monitor model performance and retrain as needed
Contribute to data science documentation and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
2+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or Machine Learning
Strong Python skills (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
Solid SQL and relational database experience
Strong understanding of statistics and probability
Experience building ML models (classification, regression, clustering, neural networks)
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Experience working with large datasets
