System Architect

We have the Urgent requirement for a System Architect at Dallas, TX Long-Term Contract.

Role: System Architect
Location:Dallas, TX

Position Overview:

• A System Architect designs and oversees the overall structure and integration of complex IT systems to ensure they meet business requirements and technical standards. This role involves creating high-level architectural solutions, guiding development teams, and ensuring system scalability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and design the architecture of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network components.
• Develop architectural blueprints and technical standards to guide system development and integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms to meet project goals.
• Ensure system designs are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and engineering teams.
• Review and approve system designs, code, and documentation to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
• Support system testing, deployment, and troubleshooting activities.
• Strong, Interpersonal skills, Proactive communication, manage multiple cross functional teams, finalize architecture, lead from the front

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a System Architect or similar role in IT or software development.
• Strong knowledge of system design principles, software architecture patterns, and integration techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Java, Springboot, Microservices, Mulesoft integrations
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with security standards and best practices.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
