Job Description:

• Strong Ownership and Initiative: Lead from the front, take end-to-end ownership, and representing organization, must be able to present to/ convince VPs, SVPs, and CXOs of technical approaches and aspects
• Consultative & Proactive: Must come in as experts who identify gaps, bring best-practice templates (SDDs, IT plans, technical governance frameworks), and execute without needing hand-holding or step-by-step instruction.
• Solution-Oriented Ownership: Must drive technical perspective cross-functional alignment and resolve vendor blockers absolutely ownership driven and leading the action... No throwing hands up or passing responsibility.
• Document Existing Assets: Value lies in documenting existing architectures and integrations to build a single source of truth not just writing specs for new changes.
• Maturity & Room Reading: Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and emotional intelligence to represent major Brands professionally in stakeholder meetings without causing friction.
• Domain Expertise: Candidates should ideally possess background in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), CPG industry, Logistics, and Data Warehousing/ESB integrations.
• Responsibility: Own technical solution design, integration architecture, and technical quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience as a .NET Developer, with a focus on senior-level responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of Core, Microsoft SQL, Entity Framework Core (EF), Azure Cloud hosting & managed services
• Experience with asynchronous communication solutions
• Experience with relational databases, such as MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Source Control and CI/CD systems, such as Git and Azure
• Technical documentation, such as coding styles, branching strategies and functional specifications
• Agile development practices and continuous improvement.

• Strong spoken & written English language skills
• Highly autonomous, able to operate in a changing environment, able to own and drive feature

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Non-relational databases such as MongoDB
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with Power BI, including creating dashboards, reports, and data models
• Cloud data platforms of Data Warehouses, such as Snowflake
• Solution architecture diagrams
• Interface and integration specifications
• Data mapping and transformation documents
• Technical design documents (TDDs)
• Technical risk assessments
• SIT defect analysis and resolution plans
• Deployment readiness assessments
• Technical standards and quality reviews

Job Responsibilities:

• Create functional design and other technical specific documents
• Perform code reviews
• Implement features following requirements and coding standards.
• Define technical architecture and integration approach
• Lead technical design and development activities
• Review interface specifications and data mappings
• Guide ERP, ESB, and WMS technical teams
• Support SIT defect investigation and root cause analysis
• Review technical solutions and deployment readiness
• Manage technical risks, constraints, and dependencies
• Ensure solution quality and technical standards compliance

We are looking for a seasoned, proactive Enterprise architect with hands-on experience in:

• Message bus
• Middleware
• 3 PL/WMS - ERP - Middleware integrations
• Managing developers
• Role is 50% development/50% managing and leading.
