Location: Westwood, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

- Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 15+ years of progressive Infrastructure & IT Operations experience.
- 5+ years leading enterprise infrastructure teams.
- Experience managing hybrid cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory / Entra ID
- VMware
- Windows Server
- Enterprise Networking
- Storage & Backup
- Disaster Recovery
- Experience implementing ITIL best practices.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and infrastructure security.
- Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools.
- Strong project management and vendor management experience.
- Excellent executive communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial organizations.
- Experience supporting multiple domestic and international locations.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure.
- Experience leading cloud transformation initiatives.
- ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
- Microsoft Azure certifications.
- VMware certifications.
- Cisco certifications.
- PMP certification is a plus.
