Position Overview:

• Client is looking for a skilled Automation Engineer to join their End User Computing (EUC) team. Need resources to be skilled and strong Scripting experience. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining automation solutions to streamline and enhance the efficiency of EUC services.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for Workday-AD integration and support, ensuring seamless synchronization between Workday and Active Directory.
• The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in automation tools, scripting languages and an understanding of the EUC environment.
• Experience with Workday-AD integration, in SCCM/Intune and M365 are highly desirable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automation Engineer or in a similar role, ideally within an EUC, IT support, or endpoint management environment.
• Strong experience in developing automation solutions using scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Familiarity with automation tools and platforms like SCCM, Intune, Ansible, or similar
• Experience working with Workday-AD integration, Azure Automation, Azure Runbooks
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, including device management and troubleshooting.
• Experience with endpoint management, device provisioning, and software deployment tools.
• Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and other directory services.
• Experience in integration of Workday-Active Directory
• Experience with mobile device management (MDM) platforms like Intune/SCCM
• Foundation, or certifications in automation tools like Ansible or PowerShell.
