Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled .NET + AI Developer with strong expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and hands-on experience building AI-enabled enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in C#/.NET development (preferred) or Java development, combined with practical experience implementing AI solutions and leveraging AI tools across the software development lifecycle. The candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and integrating AI-powered capabilities into modern applications while also utilizing AI-assisted development practices to improve requirements analysis, user story creation, solution design, coding efficiency, testing, and overall delivery productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Microservices architecture.
- Apply strong Object-Oriented Programming principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance REST APIs and backend services.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
- Develop cloud-native applications following modern DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Design and implement AI-powered business applications and intelligent automation solutions.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or equivalent technologies.
- Develop solutions utilizing AI Agents, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and document intelligence capabilities.
- Implement prompt engineering, function calling, workflow orchestration, and AI integrations within enterprise applications.
- Build secure and scalable AI-enabled services that meet enterprise architecture standards.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate software engineering activities.
- Leverage AI for requirements analysis, user story creation, acceptance criteria generation, feature decomposition, and solution design.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools to improve development productivity and code quality.
- Support testing, documentation, and knowledge management using AI-based approaches.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to transform business requirements into AI-assisted delivery artifacts.
- Work closely with architects, business analysts, and product teams to define AI-enabled solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
- Participate in proof-of-concepts and innovation initiatives involving Generative AI.
- Mentor junior developers on both modern application development and AI adoption practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and software design principles.
- Hands-on experience with C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework (preferred), or strong Java development experience.
- Experience developing REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems.
- Solid understanding of design patterns, dependency injection, and clean architecture.
- Experience with SQL Server and/or other relational databases.
- Practical experience implementing AI-powered solutions in production environments.
- Experience integrating LLMs and Generative AI services through APIs.
- Knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
- Experience with frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, Spring AI, or equivalent AI orchestration frameworks.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, AI agents, and conversational AI design patterns.
