The SAP Large Program manager is responsible for End-to-End leadership of complex, enterprise-wide SAP transformation program. This role overseas multiple workstreams across IT and business, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, budget, quality, and business outcome. The Program Manager acts as the primary point of accountability for executive stakeholders and drives alignment across vendors, system integrators, and internal team.

• Lead large-scale SAP Program (e.g. S4Hana, ECC to SAP/S4 conversions) from initiation through stabilization.
• Establish and Manage program governance, steering committee, escalation paths, and decision-making framework.
• Owns the integrated program plan, milestones, dependencies, and critical path
• Ensure alignment between business strategy, SAP solution Design, and delivery execution.
• Serve as Primary interface with IT Executives and business
• Drive Stakeholder alignment across operating units.
• Manage expectations and translate complex program status, risks, and clear communications.
• Oversees multiple SAP workstreams (Data, integration, security, testing, and cutover)
• Manage and collaborate system integrators, Vendor, and internal delivery teams.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, implementation methodology (Activate, Agile , or Hybrid)
• Monitor and control scope, schedule, budget, and resources utilization
• Proactively identify RISKs, dependencies, and constraints
• Manage Program change requests, scope trade-offs, and impact assessment
• Own program financials, forecasting
• Overseas testing strategy, cutover planning and go live execution
• Manage business change management and ensure business readiness, training, post-go-live stabilization

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Program and Portfolio management
• 5+ Leading large scale SAP implementation or Transformation
• Experience with SAP Delivery Models (Activate, Agile or Hybrid)
• Experience working with Global teams and system integrators
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Strategic thinking and execution focus
• Strong Leadership skills
• Risk based decision making
