RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in that is seeking a Salesforce System Analyst 3 for a remote role.
Summary:
The Salesforce System Analyst will design, develop, and implement a comprehensive Knowledge Management solution within Salesforce, creating an integrated knowledge landing page for the CRM and Claims Workflow applications. The contractor will develop custom components for bookmarking, feedback collection, keyword mapping, and scheduled publishing/archiving, while ensuring seamless integration with existing Salesforce environments and third-party tools.
Duties:
* Ensure role-based access controls, enhanced character limitations for article content, and robust reporting capabilities to track article usage and user engagement across multiple business units and plan types
* Participates in a team environment for the development, maintenance, and delivery of application systems under the direction or coaching of senior team members
* Lead formal sessions to gather, translate, and document business and system requirements, transforming them into effective technology solutions
* Provides business, analytical, design, interpersonal, and administrative skills while ensuring correct business functionality and IT standards are addressed
* Develop and execute complex specification test cases, verify results, and create and interpret technical documentation
Key Deliverables:
* Custom knowledge landing page with collapsible sections and dynamic search modules
* Multi-select filtering system with role-based visibility controls
* Automated article lifecycle management (scheduling, publishing, archiving)
* Enterprise document scanning integration for archived article management
* Contextual article suggestion engine with keyword mapping
REQUIREMENTS:
* BS degree or a related field; Appropriate additional experience beyond the minimum required experience may be substituted for education
* Minimum of 5 years business or system experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience including experience with methodologies and structure analytical approach
* Minimum of 5 years experience with developing requirements for projects where computer software is created
* Ability to lead small teams (3-5) for medium work efforts which includes estimating, coordinating, tracking progress, inspiring other to complete tasks on time, assisting with resolving issues and creating status reports
* Ability to develop positive relationships among clients, coworkers and management
* Ability to communicate with Executives and can deal comfortably with more senior managers
* Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions, looks beyond the obvious, can see hidden problems, steps up to conflicts
* Ability to read and understand complex test cases enough to execute these cases with accuracy and to verify and document results of tests indicating pass or fail with detailed description of failure
* Ability to read and create complex test cases enough to execute these cases with accuracy and to verify and document results of tests indicating pass or fail with detailed description of failure
* Ability to perform requirements sessions/interviews and have good writing skills to document clear requirements for moderately complex work efforts
* Must have exposure and knowledge of and be able to use multiple methodologies appropriately, (e.g. RUP and Agile) for complex size work efforts and can contribute to the maturity and growth of the Regence Solutions Lifecycle
* Must be able to develop a test strategy for medium work efforts
* Must have exposure and knowledge of common formal development methodologies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
