Location: Onsite in Deerfield, IL (Relocation will work)

Contract: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced R&D Domain Architect – HR & Finance to lead enterprise architecture initiatives across Human Resources and Financial domains. This role will drive strategic technology roadmaps, ensure regulatory compliance, and align business objectives with scalable enterprise solutions.

✔ Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards for HR and Finance platforms
✔ Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business and digital transformation goals
✔ Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural solutions
✔ Ensure compliance with financial regulations, governance, security, and audit requirements
✔ Lead strategic planning, system modernization, and integration initiatives
✔ Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions
✔ Support enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
✔ Provide architectural guidance for cloud, data, and application modernization programs
