Service Request Fulfillment Change Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a Change Manager Delivery Lead with strong experience in ITIL Change Management and ITSM environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering change management initiatives while ensuring compliance, risk management, and smooth collaboration across multiple teams. Experience supporting Symantec DLP environments and managing enterprise change processes is highly preferred.

Primary Skill: Symantec DLP

Required Skills:

• 3 5 years of experience in Change Management
• Strong understanding of ITIL Change Management processes
• Experience working in ITSM environments
• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Self-starter with strong leadership and initiative
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to simplify and improve operational processes

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage change management deliverables across multiple teams
• Communicate project objectives, timelines, risks, and status updates
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and ITIL processes
• Manage delivery risks and provide visibility into project health
• Facilitate coordination across technical and business teams
• Support end-to-end delivery aligned with client expectations for quality, timeline, and cost
• Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency
