3Core Systems is looking for Senior Adobe InDesign Architect for one of our clients in Deerfield Beach, FL
Role: Senior Adobe InDesign Architect
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL
Duration: 3 6 Month Contract (4 days on site for the first 3 to 4 weeks and then it will be 3 days a week)
Overview:
We are seeking a senior-level, hands-on Adobe InDesign Expert with deep experience in document architecture to revolutionize our extended warranty contract production. Our current process involves too many fragmented, manually updated files for various vendors and products. We need a specialist to come in, audit our current "pain points" and reengineer our documents. The goal is to build a scalable, single-template architectural foundation that streamlines time-to-market and enables easy toggling of compliance layers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture & Reengineering: Take existing, fragmented contract files, analyze the content, and reengineer them into a centralized, streamlined Indesign system.
- Layer Management (Mastery): Create a single template for products that utilizes InDesign layers to manage up to 7+ variations, allowing for easy turning on/off of branding and dealer-specific language.
- Vendor/State Compliance: Structure templates to handle multiple different forms for each vendor and state-specific dealership agreements.
- Efficiency Enhancement: Dramatically reduce design time and automate manual formatting processes.
- High Visibility Output: Responsible for the technical accuracy and quality of all contract forms produced.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expert-Level InDesign: Extensive experience with Master Pages, Paragraph/Character Styles, Data Merge, and Layer management for complex, multi-page legal documents.
- Document Architecture Experience: Proven ability to create complex templates that are user-friendly for non-designers while maintaining strict branding.
- Experience in Warranty/Finance: Background in creating or managing automotive, extended warranty, insurance, or legal contracts.
- Process Improvement Mindset: Ability to identify inefficiencies and reengineer workflows to "speed to market.
Senior Level Capability: Ability to come in, assess the current "talent and structure, and make high-level decisions on the future of our document infrastructure.
