Summary

We are seeking a skilled MS Dynamics CRM Developer with strong experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating CRM solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules, ensuring scalable and high-quality implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Dynamics CRM Development

Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) applications.
Build plugins (C#), custom workflows, and JavaScript enhancements.
Customize forms, views, dashboards, and business rules.

CRM Configuration

Configure entities, fields, relationships, and security roles.
Manage solutions, packaging, and deployments across environments.

Integration & API Development

Develop integrations using CRM Web API (REST, OData).
Work with Azure Functions and Logic Apps (good to have).
Integrate with external systems and enterprise applications.

Power Platform & M365 (Good to Have)

Build and extend Power Apps (Model-Driven / Canvas Apps).
Automate workflows using Power Automate.
Work with SharePoint, Teams, and other M365 services.

Support & Maintenance

Analyze production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
Ensure high-quality deployments and system stability.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE).
Proficiency in CRM functional areas:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Customer Service
Expertise in:
- Entities, workflows, configurations, and customizations
- Plugin development using C#
Strong knowledge of:
- .NET framework
- Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- SQL Server, SSIS
Experience with deployment and release management.
Hands-on experience in at least 2 end-to-end CRM implementations.
Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
