Senior IT Business Analyst (SAP S/4HANA Finance)
Location: Remote
Team/Environment: Collaborative, cross-functional "war room" setting. Primary methodology is Waterfall.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Design: Write clear and comprehensive Functional Designs (functional requirements) that will be used by developers to create Technical Designs.
Project Execution: Work within the SAP methodologies (Design, Build, Realization, Testing phases) on a large enterprise-wide S/4HANA implementation.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams across logistics, manufacturing, planning, HR, and finance, ensuring decisions are interconnected and tested properly.
Greenfield Implementation: Configure and set up test plans for new, "Greenfield" capabilities that are brand new to Haworth.
Required Qualifications & Must-Haves
SAP S/4HANA Finance experience is the primary must-have.
Experience with the conversion from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
Possession of a Techno-functional background (understanding both business processes and technical configuration/design).
Demonstrated Intellectual Curiosity and the ability to operate without a lot of supervision (self-starter).
Senior-level experience and professionalism, including strong business acumen to complement technical knowledge.
Nice-to-Have Skills
SAP Ariba experience.
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
JOB SUMMARY
Become a subject matter expert in analyzing business requirements and identifying appropriate IT solutions. Lead projects, conduct independent research, and provide recommendations for system enhancements and implementations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Lead Business Process Analysis: Lead process mapping sessions, analyze existing business processes, and identify areas for improvement and optimization
Evaluating Business Outcomes: Outline costs, benefits, and outcomes for IT projects
Translate Business Requirements into Functional Design Specifications: Translate business requirements into detailed functional design specifications that can be understood by developers and system architects
Manage Small to Medium-Sized Projects: Manage small to medium-sized IT projects, overseeing scope,schedule, budget, and resources
Conduct System Configuration and Testing: Configure systems to meet business requirements and conduct thorough testing to ensure functionality and data integrity
Provide Expert Guidance and Support: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to business users on system functionality, best practices, and issue resolution. Understand all tools the company currently employs across all functions.
Contribute to Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, staying abreast of new trends and identifying opportunities to enhance IT processes, systems, and service delivery.

Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field of study
Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education
Work Experience: 5 years related experience with Bachelor s Degree OR 3 years related experience with Master s Degree
