About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled
Senior AI Software Engineer to support complex, large-scale software engineering initiatives. In this contingent role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced AI/ML solutions, contribute to strategic planning, and drive execution across high-impact programs.
You will evaluate and solve multifaceted engineering challenges, collaborate closely with client stakeholders, and ensure solutions meet technical, compliance, and operational standards. This role requires depth in modern AI frameworks, strong software engineering fundamentals, and hands-on experience building production-ready GenAI systems.
What You'll Do- Provide technical leadership and consultation on complex engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.
- Analyze and address sophisticated software engineering challenges, considering ambiguous, novel, or unprecedented factors.
- Architect, design, and implement AI/ML and GenAI use cases leveraging modern frameworks and best practices.
- Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support scalable ML and GenAI deployments.
- Collaborate strategically with client stakeholders to clarify requirements, guide solution direction, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards, governance practices, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML development and modern GenAI technologies.
Preferred Experience & Technical SkillsAI/ML Core Skills- AI and ML development (6+ years preferred)
- Generative AI design and implementation
- Large-scale model evaluation and optimization
Frameworks & Tooling- LangChain, LangGraph
- Python for production-grade AI systems
- MCP servers
- MLOps tooling and workflows
- CI/CD pipeline automation
- Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
Additional Qualifications- Experience working on complex, large-scale systems involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of engineering policies, governance, and compliance practices.
- Ability to interpret ambiguous requirements and provide clear, actionable technical direction.
