We are seeking a CCNA Certified Network Administrator/Engineer to support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure for a global pharmaceutical organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing LAN/WAN environments, network security, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring high availability of network services across manufacturing, corporate, and research locations.

The candidate should possess strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies and a solid understanding of enterprise networking best practices within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, wireless controllers, and firewalls.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and SD-WAN connectivity.
• Support Cisco network devices, including Catalyst switches, ISR routers, and wireless solutions.
• Perform network monitoring, capacity planning, performance analysis, and optimization.
• Implement network security controls, access control lists (ACLs), and segmentation to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Diagnose and resolve L2/L3 network issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VLANs, and routing protocols.
• Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure modernization projects.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to support business-critical systems.
• Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
• Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for network incidents and service requests.
• Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical industry compliance requirements and change management processes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) Certification Mandatory

8+ years of hands-on experience in network administration and support.

Experience with Cisco routing, switching, and wireless technologies.

Strong understanding of:
