DescriptionThe Systems Engineer III provides advanced technical support for enterprise systems. This role focuses on installation, maintenance, administration, and troubleshooting of compute, storage, and enterprise infrastructure, as well as specialized technologies within virtualization, enterprise backup, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), and Microsoft 365.
This is a fully on-site role initially, transitioning to hybrid at a later date based on team needs and performance. The role is a temporary contract to support the team.
General Responsibilities- Provide technical support for enterprise systems including servers, storage, virtualization platforms, monitoring tools, and enterprise applications.
- Perform advanced incident troubleshooting, configuration changes, and system administration tasks.
- Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot enterprise hardware and peripherals (servers, network printers, NAS devices, etc.).
- Assist with Windows Active Directory configuration and administration.
- Apply scheduled and emergency patching using SCCM, Ansible, and related tools.
- Monitor systems and events through remote management tools and proactively remediate issues.
- Work closely with Digital, Strategy, and Technology teams for cross-functional incident resolution.
- Use ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) to handle work requests, incidents, changes, and problems.
- Support the creation and maintenance of configuration documentation, technical procedures, and knowledge articles.
Specialization Areas- Engineers should maintain strong knowledge in at least one of the following specializations:
- Virtualization (hardware/software)
- Enterprise Backup & Restoration
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) / System Patching
- Microsoft 365 Administration

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $63.00/hr.
