Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Frontend Engineer – React with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Next.js, and modern frontend architecture. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, build enterprise-scale applications, leverage AI-powered development tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale frontend applications.
- Develop modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews.
- Build and maintain automated testing using Playwright or Cypress.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve developer productivity.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and code quality.
- Participate in Agile planning, estimation, and delivery.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Frontend Development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.
- Strong expertise in:

- Next.js
- Playwright or Cypress
- CI/CD
- Microsoft Azure
- Experience using GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar AI development tools.
- Experience building enterprise-scale web applications.
