Why This Role?This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing Data Center team. Ideal for motivated technicians looking to build hands-on experience in structured cabling, fiber, and data environments.
What You'll Do- Install and route low-voltage cabling (Cat5e/Cat6 and basic fiber)
- Build out IDF/MDF closets, including racks, patch panels, and pathways
- Terminate cables, label accurately, and follow proper color codes
- Install J-hooks, cable tray, ladder rack, and cable supports
- Assist with basic testing and quality control
- Work safely on commercial and data center projects
What We're Looking For- 0-2 years of low-voltage or structured cabling experience
- Familiar with basic hand tools and construction environments
- Willing to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Nice to Have (Not Required)- Fiber experience or splicing exposure
- Data center or live environment experience
- Experience with Fluke/Versiv testing

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
