Job DetailsWe are looking for a Level 1 IT Help Desk Associate to join our team, as we continue to grow and expand our business. The ideal candidate will have the following:
- at least 1-2 years of IT Help Desk experience
- Experienced working with a Ticketing system (doesn't have to be a specific ticketing system in particular)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop OS (Windows 10), Microsoft Server OS
- Basic knowledge of IOS Mobile devices
- Ability to work in our Pasadena office
