Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Cybersecurity Analysts with strong expertise in CrowdStrike Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Ping Identity, and security incident investigation.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Monitor and investigate CrowdStrike security detections.
Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 fraud investigations.
Investigate Account Takeover (ATO) and related security events.
Perform alert triage, investigation, escalation, and case management.
Maintain accurate investigation records and documentation.
Track security metrics, trends, and case outcomes.
Develop and optimize detection rules and alert logic.
Reduce false positives and improve threat detection coverage.
Hands-on experience with PingID and PingFederate.
Work within risk-based security frameworks.
Improve security monitoring and incident response processes.
