Test Strategy Lead

JOB SUMMARY This role leverages specialist testing knowledge to define and implement test practices and strategies for a portfolio or program. The position involves analyzing and recommending testing practices, assessing and enhancing existing tools and frameworks, and customizing testing tools. Key activities include defining test strategies for programs, conducting technical reviews to identify risks, and driving the capture and delivery of test metrics. Key Responsibilities Analyze, recommend, and implement testing practices in projects. Assess existing tools/frameworks and propose enhancements. Customize and implement testing tools and frameworks. Define test strategy for a program. Conduct technical reviews of projects and identify risks/issues. Drive the capture and delivery of test metrics. Publish best practices, guidelines, standards, and white papers. Conduct cost-benefit analysis. Create strategies for test optimization. Carry out gap analysis and identify improvement areas. Identify program goals and define KPIs and SLAs. Identify and implement industry-wide best practices. Perform test maturity assessments, provide recommendations, and define roadmaps. Identify candidates for automation by prioritization. Required Qualifications Ability to define test strategies. Ability to manage and evaluate test tools and frameworks. Ability to create reusable assets. Ability to identify test practice gaps and provide recommendations. Ability to perform test maturity assessments. Ability to define service improvement roadmaps.
