  • Stay current with technology trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations on new tools or approaches that can enhance solutions and processes.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts in application support, release management, and requirements management practices.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in a professional, office/home-based environment with no driving or field work responsibilities beyond normal commuting.

  • 5+ years of related work experience as an IT Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar technical/functional role.
  • Recent hands-on experience with SAP IS-U, including working with related processes and configurations.
  • Experience working in a solution delivery environment, supporting full lifecycle activities from requirements through implementation and support.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand accompanying business logic in order to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and help business counterparts identify optimal solutions.
  • Strong relationship management and collaboration skills, with demonstrated success working on cross-functional teams that include business, development, infrastructure, and security stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira work management tools for tracking requirements, user stories, tasks, and defects.
  • Proficiency in creating technical design documents, technical flows, sequence diagrams, and related artifacts using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar diagramming applications.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in the Electric and/or Gas Utilities industry.
  • Preferred: Experience working with large, complex enterprise systems and integrations.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Java, VB, and SQL.
