• 5+ years of experience in Python-based backend services, APIs, and orchestrators that manage tool invocation, context handling, and task decomposition.
• 2-3 years experience in architecting end-to-end LLM solutions (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Hugging Face, custom models).
• 2-3 years of experience in design and optimize RAG pipelines, including data ingestion, embedding generation, and vector search (Azure Cognitive Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• 2-3 years experience in implementing fine-tuning & parameter-efficient tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT), memory modules like LTM, STM, episodic memory.
• 2-3 years of experience in multi-agent frameworks and orchestration pipelines using LangChain, Autogen, or DSPy.
• 2-3 year experience in developing goal-oriented autonomous agents capable of planning, decomposing tasks, and invoking tools via APIs and actions.
• 2-3 years experience in optimizing Azure OpenAI models for enhanced performance and scalability.
• 2-3 years of experience in integrating OpenAI models into software applications using OpenAI APIs.
• 1-2 years experience in implementing security gaurdrails and governance policies for LLM based applications |
