This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of deep technical execution and strategic cross-functional leadership, driving complex, customer-facing software from concept to ship at Apple's standard of quality.

Description

Drive and ship large, multi-functional software development initiatives that support subscription enterprise applications

Develop a thorough understanding of software development, qualification, build, and integration processes, with deep knowledge of how software frameworks and delivery processes are structured

Collaborate with Software Engineering, Design, QA, and Build and Integration teams, as well as cross-functional partners across Apple, to build, manage, and track deliverables

Stay hands-on with product details and requirements, contribute to feature strategy and innovation, and build the relationships needed to achieve results

Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent projects and features, including scope, requirements, timelines, resource allocation, stakeholder management, communications, and risk assessments

Continuously identify and implement process improvements for how features are built and executed

Manage cross-functional projects with complex, multi-functional schedules spanning Software Engineering and partner organizations across the Apple ecosystem

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of Engineering Project Management experience, delivering software and services through a full project lifecycle

Project management experience focused on the development of enterprise subscription applications

Experience managing projects using Agile software development methodologies

Bachelor's degree in a related subject area, or equivalent industry experience

Genuine enthusiasm for technical challenges and a demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships across diverse teams to navigate delivery dependencies

Versatile problem solver with a strong analytical approach to complex environments; adept at deconstructing problems, resolving conflicts, and leading teams to solutions

Self-starter with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a technical orientation

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to filter and distill meaningful information for the right audience at the right time

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in a related subject area

PMP certification or equivalent formal project management credential

Experience working within large-scale, ecosystem-level software environments with high-volume subscription or entitlement systems

Familiarity with subscription billing, licensing, or enterprise identity frameworks
