>> Cloud Technologies & Frameworks 2 years of technical support or Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google)

>> Datadog, Splunk and Dynatrace 2 years of technical support

>> Retail Banking Technology experience

>> Experience using Jira and Confluence

>> Ability to successfully deliver competing priority items

>> Ability to identify process improvement & lead associated change
