What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex modernization programs, including mainframe ? Google Cloud Platform migrations
- Own program roadmaps, milestones, and cross-team dependencies across infrastructure, apps, and data
- Drive execution across multiple project managers, engineering teams, and external partners
- Identify and mitigate risks across legacy systems, vendors, and operations
- Manage managed service providers (MSPs), including SLAs, KPIs, and governance
- Partner with architecture and engineering teams on re-platforming, re-hosting, refactoring, and retirement strategies
What you bring
- 8+ years in program/project management in enterprise environments
- Proven experience leading mainframe modernization or migration programs
- Hands-on experience with Mainframe ? Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) migrations
- Strong track record managing multi-workstream, cross-functional programs
- Experience working with vendors and managed service providers
