Drupal Full Stack Developer for a Full-Time position.
Job Description:The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform supporting [Agency Name] operations. This role operates within an ITSM-driven environment and requires hands-on platform administration, user support, and cross-functional coordination with agency stakeholders, development teams, and the program manager. The Administrator ensures platform stability, data integrity, and alignment with agency IT governance standards including [FedRAMP/FISMA/agency-specific policy as applicable].e.
Essential Functions:- Configure and update ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB in accordance with agency requirements
Build and maintain service catalog items, workflows, flow designer automations, and notifications - Perform platform upgrades, patch management, and cloning operations across development, test, and production instances
- Triage and resolve platform defects, escalating to development resources when configuration boundaries are exceeded
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics for agency leadership and program stakeholders
- Support integration touchpoints with external agency systems (e.g., Active Directory, email, monitoring tools) and ensure data consistency
- Document configurations, change requests, and standard operating procedures in compliance with agency change management policies
- Participate in sprint ceremonies if operating under an Agile delivery model; translate stakeholder requirements into actionable configuration tasks
- Coordinate with the security team on platform hardening, MID Server management, and audit log reviews
- Configured and tested ServiceNow platform meeting documented agency requirements
- Weekly/bi-weekly status reports summarizing ticket resolution, open defects, and platform health metrics
- Updated CMDB records and configuration documentation reflecting current state of managed assets
- Service catalog updates and workflow modifications per approved change requests
- User access audit reports at defined intervals per agency security requirements
- Platform upgrade/patching plans and post-implementation test results
- Standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles for recurring administration tasks
- Dashboard and reporting outputs for stakeholder review at program cadence meetings
Required Skills and Qualifications- 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience in a production environment
- Proficiency with core ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage service catalog items and record producers
- Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and Performance Analytics
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain or maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Experience working in federal government IT environment
Preferred Skills- JavaScript (ServiceNow-scoped scripting context)
- REST/SOAP API integration configuration within ServiceNow

- Prior work on a GSA, DoD, or civilian agency ServiceNow implementation
- Familiarity with ITIL v4 framework and its application within a federal service desk context
- Experience with Agile/SAFe delivery methodologies
