Product Manager - W2 only

Introduction:

As a Product Manager on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our product roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define product features
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation
• Communicate product updates and milestones to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including post-launch evaluation and optimization

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product roadmaps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Understanding of agile development methodologies

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the tech industry
• Knowledge of UX design principles
• MBA or equivalent degree
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification
