Summary

Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a PCB Test Engineer (’s).

                                                                                                          

Job Description:

 

Job Title: PCB Test Engineer (’s)

Job Type: Contract                                                           

Job Location: Milpitas, CA

Work Schedule: Onsite

Pay Rate: $38, Based on experience

 

Description:

  • Looking for highly motivated individual who has Technical School with BSEE and can work independently with limited support from engineering and management.
  • Build and test cameras and printed circuit assemblies in production area.
  • Update documentation when needed
  • Work with engineer to bring new products to manufacturing
  • Broad technical understanding of printed circuit boards
  • Be able to troubleshoot down to component level
  • Strong ability to update documents for a repeatable Manufacturing Process
  • Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, and work in a collaborative style
  • Good technical skills and proven engineering problem solving ability
  • Must be willing to work overtime, day or night shift and weekends

Top 3 day responsibility

  • test and repair electronic assemblies
  • Build and test camera and other electronic assemblies
  • Some mechanical assembly work require – build camera enclosure

Additional Responsibilities

  • May require to update procedure
  • May require to work with engineer to bring in new products to manufacturing (New product introduction)
  • May require to work on test fixture when it’s down

Requirements (required skills, experience, qualifications)

  • BS in EE, understand basic electronic circuitry, be able to troubleshoot to component level. 
  • working in 10K CR (no bunny suite), work OT, weekend, and be able to work swing shift (hour between 4 p.m. to 330 a.m.) if needed.

Nice to Have (preferred skills, experience, qualifications)

  • Experience, qualifications and skills – some component level T/S experience
  • Experience in trouble shooting to component level on PCB
