Systems Engineer (Mid-Level or Senior) to join our team in
Everett, Washington.
Position Responsibilities: - Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.
- Evaluates customer and /operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces.
- Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.
- Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success.
- Develops the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes.
- Resolves cross-functional technical issues.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 5+ years of engineering experience
- 2 or more years of experience with program management best practices (planning, scheduling, base-lining projects, and/or base-line management).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- 14+ years of engineering experience
- Able to lead by influence outside formal reporting relationships
- Knowledge/experience defining requirements for production enabling assets
- Experience with risk mitigation, certification and safety analysis
- 1 or more years of experience in systems integration or working in cross functional teams

Summary Pay Range (Level 3): $119,850- $162,150
Summary Pay Range (Level 4): $146,200 - $197,800
Summary Pay Range (Level 5): $176,800 - $239,200
