On-site Every Other Week onsite / 5 days in Merrimack, NH

Our client seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Test to design and develop test automation frameworks and in-house utilities within the Workplace Investing Quality Engineering organization. The role supports CRM solutions that integrate into Salesforce, operating within Agile processes to enable high-quality delivery for business partners and end customers.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $60.00 to $65.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

Contribute to project design phases to ensure solutions are automatable.
Identify suitable automation frameworks and develop automation tests.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, and Retrospective.
Collaborate with engineering and business colleagues to define acceptance criteria for stories.
Analyze and report test results, project tracking, and product release readiness to business partners.
Ensure high quality of application delivery through test automation and execution.
Reinforce quality direction and contribute to a high-performing team.
Communicate effectively across globally dispersed team members and organizational layers.
Apply Quality Engineering best practices and demonstrate an Agile mindset.

Experience Requirements:

10+ years in Software Quality Engineering roles.
Proven programming skills in Java and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Karate, Playwright, and Cypress.
Experience with continuous integration and automated deployment tools such as Jenkins.
Ability to work in a fast paced, globally dispersed, Agile environment.
Strong technical acumen and an engineering mindset.
Ability to adapt to new environments and learn in-house tools and practices.
Passion for delivering business value for end customers.
Understanding of Agile practices with ideas to improve releases.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
