Job Details
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience in form creation and form field logic within Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and correcting miscalculations in existing PDFs.
- Experience with building and optimizing complex calculated fields.
- Experience with multi-step logic workflows within Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience in documenting logic changes for non-technical users.
- Experience with JavaScript in Adobe Acrobat for advanced calculations (deduced).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Review existing fillable PDF forms to assess calculation and logic errors.
- Rebuild, correct, and optimize multi-step calculations within Adobe Acrobat.
- Update interactive form fields while preserving existing templates.
- Test and validate form performance for calculation accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand calculation requirements.
- Troubleshoot problem areas and logic discrepancies.
- Provide recommendations for improving form stability and structure.
