Summary
We are looking for a strategic AEM Solution Architect to lead the assessment and long-term architectural strategy for a major, high-visibility digital platform. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a highly customized AEM environment and define the governance models that will drive its success.
Logistics
- Location: Dauphin County, PA (Local candidates preferred).
- Work Arrangement: Remote-eligible / Telework allowed (must be EST-based).
- Interview Process: Conducted via Web Cam or In-Person.
The Position
You will serve as a key technical advisor, bridging the gap between executive leadership and engineering teams. Your primary focus will be evaluating the existing AEM as a Cloud Service implementation, identifying technical debt, and establishing a sustainable support model.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Deep AEM Expertise: Hands-on experience with architecture, implementation, and support (specifically AEM as a Cloud Service).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Java, Sling, Dispatcher, and front-end integration.
- Strategic Assessment: Proven ability to analyze highly customized enterprise environments, identify risks, and suggest remediations.
- Governance & Leadership: Experience establishing platform standards, documentation strategies, and vendor oversight.
- Experience: 8 10+ years in Enterprise Content Management or Digital Platform Architecture.
