• Job Overview

  We are looking for an experienced Kinaxis Functional Consultant to support a US-based client on supply chain planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective planning solutions.

  Key Responsibilities

  ·        Lead and support functional design, configuration, and implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse modules

  • Work with business users to gather, analyze, and document supply chain planning requirements
  • Configure planning models, alerts, dashboards, and key performance metrics
  • Support integration between Kinaxis and upstream/downstream systems (ERP, data sources, etc.)
  • Participate in testing activities including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing
  • Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and issue resolution
  • Prepare functional documentation and conduct user training sessions
  • Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

  Required Qualifications

  • Strong functional experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse
  • Hands-on experience in supply chain planning areas such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, or S&OP
  • Experience working on end-to-end Kinaxis implementations or major enhancements
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and business users
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working with US-based clients and business teams.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Kinaxis Certification (added advantage)
  • Prior consulting experience in a client-facing role
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
  • Exposure to data integration concepts and reporting
