Entry Level Mechanical Engineer to join our
Gas Team at a
client site in
Spring Valley, NY, where you will contribute to the development of resilient, forward-thinking gas infrastructure. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, collaborate with skilled professionals, and build a strong foundation in utility engineering.
What You'll Do:- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for crucial transmission and distribution infrastructure for gas utilities
- Support senior engineers in preparing technical reports, contract documents, and cost estimates
- Perform calculations and design tasks using industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and best practices for optimizing installation, maintenance, and system reliability
- Join field assignments with senior staff to gain hands-on experience in assessment, planning, and rehabilitation of gas pipelines and related infrastructure
What You Bring:- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
- No experience required; however prior internships and/or relevant coursework are preferred
- Strong theoretical foundation and familiarity with engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative team
- Participation in professional engineering society/organization preferred
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification a plus

Salary Range:$75,000 - $78,000
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
