Business Analyst

Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will bring over seven years of expertise in business analysis and a strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify and address gaps in processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.

Evaluate and improve workflows within call center environments to enhance customer service experiences.

Review and analyze documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with standards.

Work within Agile Scrum frameworks to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

Facilitate discussions with teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.

Provide insightful recommendations based on detailed gap analysis findings.

Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure project success.

Monitor and report on the progress of initiatives, ensuring they meet business needs and objectives.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Minimum of seven years of experience as a Business Analyst, demonstrating expertise in business analysis methods.
Proficient in evaluating and optimizing call center customer service processes.
Skilled in reviewing and analyzing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
Ability to perform detailed gap analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
