Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of a global Master Data Management implementation using Informatica MDM SaaS and Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
This individual will be the primary coordination point between the MDM implementation partner, clients MDM Manager and team, internal business and technical stakeholders, and change management partner. The role requires a seasoned PM who can drive a complex global implementation, manage external partners and cross-functional teams, and communicate confidently with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day delivery across Informatica MDM SaaS, Data Quality, Data Catalog, Data Marketplace, integrations, and related IDMC capabilities.
- Own the integrated project plan, including scope, schedule, milestones, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary daily coordinator with the implementation partner, working closely with its Delivery Manager and the client MDM Manager.
- Manage and hold implementation partners, onshore/offshore resources, and internal teams accountable for commitments, quality, timelines, and deliverables.
- Adhere to the client PMO project lifecycle, governance, stage gates, reporting, documentation, and change-control processes.
- Manage project financials, including budget, actuals, forecasts, commitments, variances, and partner spend.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, critical-path activities, scope changes, and escalations.
- Manage stakeholders across business, IT, data, leadership, and external partners.
- Partner with the change management solution partner to integrate communications, training, stakeholder engagement, business readiness, and adoption into the project plan.
- Lead teams through changes to technology, business processes, data ownership, governance, stewardship, and ways of working.
- Prepare and deliver executive and steering committee updates that translate technical issues into business impacts, risks, decisions, and recommendations.
Required Experience
- 8+ years of progressive project/program management experience, including Senior Project Manager responsibilities.
- 3+ years leading complex enterprise data, MDM, or similar transformation programs.
- Proven experience managing a large-scale MDM implementation for a global organization.
- Strong understanding of MDM concepts, including match/merge, golden records, survivorship, reference data, data quality, governance, stewardship, integrations, and data readiness.
- Working understanding of Informatica IDMC and Informatica MDM SaaS; hands-on development or configuration is not required.
- Strong experience with PMO governance, financial management, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, dependency management, change control, and executive reporting.
- Experience managing system integrators/solution partners and global onshore/offshore teams.
- Experience leading teams through significant organizational and technology change and partnering with change management teams.
- Exceptional communication, executive presentation, facilitation, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

- PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or similar certification
Candidate Profile
We are not looking for a generic IT Project Manager or an Informatica developer. We need a seasoned Senior PM who has managed a complex MDM/data implementation, understands Informatica and MDM well enough to effectively manage and challenge the delivery team, can manage a system integrator and global stakeholders, and is comfortable presenting project status, financials, risks, dependencies, and decisions to senior leadership.
