UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Project Manager (Hybrid) 

Location: Hybrid (Primarily Remote with some travel)
Duration: Contract with potential for extension

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Project Manager to lead end-to-end system implementations across a complex, multi-entity organization. This role will drive successful delivery of workforce management solutions, ensuring alignment with business operations and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle workforce management system implementations

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations

  • Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and go-live activities

  • Configure system solutions to support timekeeping, scheduling, and workforce policies

  • Identify and mitigate risks; resolve project issues proactively

  • Support system integrations and data migration efforts

  • Provide project documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder updates


Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project management experience

  • 3+ years of workforce management system implementation experience

  • Experience leading full lifecycle system implementations

  • Strong background working in complex, multi-entity environments

  • Knowledge of timekeeping, scheduling, and workforce processes

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise workforce management platforms

  • Background in regulated or complex industries

  • PMP or similar certification
