Must have: SAM (Software Asset Management) & HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with 15+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise across ITOM, SAM, HAM, IRM, S2P, and SPM modules. The candidate will drive end-to-end architecture, solution design, and enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in ServiceNow ecosystem
Proven experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale implementations
Strong hands-on experience in:
ITOM (Discovery, CMDB)
SAM Pro / HAM Pro
IRM (GRC)
S2P / Procurement Operations
SPM (PPM)
