Job Title - Associate Attorney — Residential Real Estate

Job Location -  Peachtree City, GA  – Full Onsite -Need local candidates

Salary - $100K–$115K

A 34-year-old, well-established real estate law firm based in Georgia with a strong reputation in residential, commercial, and builder transactions. Known for a service-first culture, robust attorney training, and ongoing mentorship. The Peachtree City office is a high-energy closing practice where attorneys are the face of the firm.

This is a closings-heavy, client-facing associate role for an early-career attorney (1–2 years) who thrives in front of people. The attorney will conduct residential closings, perform title review and clearance, support the managing attorney, and serve as a firm ambassador at agent events. This is NOT a back-office research role — it requires presence, personality, and performance.

•     Conduct residential real estate closings with warmth, efficiency, and confidence

•     Perform title review and clearance

•     Serve as support to the office managing attorney

•     Act as resource for staff, agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers

•     Assist with closings in other offices as necessary

•     Attend agent events and represent the firm publicly

•     Return all client and agent calls/emails same day — hyper-responsiveness is expected

•     Build lasting relationships with real estate agent clients

•     Base salary: $100,000–$115,000 DOE
