Summary
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including requisition creation, sourcing, resume review, video pre-screens, interviews/interview scheduling, and extending offers.
- Partner with hiring managers and the HR team on position descriptions and compensation guidance.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to gain deeper insight into open roles and hiring needs.
- Source candidates using a variety of tools and creative search methods to build strong talent pipelines for IT and Non-IT roles at various levels.
- Create and manage offer letters, maintain the applicant tracking system, and generate recruiting reports.
- Review and post job openings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with branding guidelines and state-specific employment laws.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations, including FLSA.
- Partner closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior Talent Acquisition to develop recruiting strategies.
- Perform other recruitment and HR-related duties as assigned.
- A bachelor’s degree or related experience required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruiting.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience performing full life cycle recruiting to include outbound sourcing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively to recruit on multiple roles at a time.
- Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Has worked with iCIMS or other similar ATS.
- Understands rules and regulations governing Talent Acquisition in the market space.
