Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Testing Lead with strong expertise in MDM, RDM, data validation, integration, and migration testing. The candidate will lead end-to-end QA for an MDM/RDM implementation and ensure production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the end-to-end test strategy, test plan, and quality gates.
Lead SIT, UAT, regression, functional, integration, and migration testing.
Test MDM matching, merge/unmerge, survivorship, identity resolution, and relationships.
Validate RDM code sets, hierarchies, mappings, crosswalks, versioning, and effective dating.
Perform data reconciliation and migration validation involving Informatica MDM.
Coordinate integrations across Epic, ELMS, Oracle, Collibra, Google Cloud Platform, and downstream systems.
Manage defects, test metrics, traceability, release readiness, and stakeholder reporting.
Support performance, resilience, security, cutover, and hypercare testing.

Required Skills

10+ years of QA/Test Lead
Strong MDM/Data/Integration/Migration Testing
Hands-on Informatica MDM testing experience.
Strong data validation and reconciliation
Experience with matching, merge, survivorship, and identity resolution.
Strong defect management and test governance experience.
