JD: Product Manager
We are seeking a Product-focused resource to support Farm Credit’s Debt Management Solution. This role requires a strong blend of product ownership, soft skills, and agile delivery experience.

Key Requirements:
At least 4+ years of experience
• Proven experience designing product components and writing clear, actionable user stories for development teams
• Strong soft skills, with the confidence to collaborate closely with developers and actively speak up in product and developer working sessions
• Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment, with a solid understanding of core product concepts such as product backlogs, refinement, and sprint planning
• Experience within financial services is a plus, with exposure to bonds or debt-related products considered an added advantage

Location & Onsite Expectations:
• Candidate must be based in the NYC/NJ area
• Ability to work onsite in Jersey City, NY three days per week is required (Tues/Wed/Thurs). Remote- Mon and Friday.
