The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and proven experience supporting large‑scale VDI environments in an enterprise setting.
Minimum 6 years of hands‑on experience administering Citrix and/or Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments in production
Extensive experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex issues within Citrix and AVD platforms

Proven experience with:

Citrix licensing and AVD licensing models
Active Directory integration (authentication, group membership, GPO
dependencies)
Group Policy design, application, and troubleshooting
Firewall rules and network connectivity required for Citrix and AVD
