Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled GIS Developer to design, develop, and maintain geospatial applications and solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with geographic data, spatial analysis, and GIS platforms such as ArcGIS. The role involves developing web-based mapping applications, integrating spatial data with enterprise systems, and supporting GIS infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain GIS applications and geospatial solutions.
Work with ArcGIS tools including ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Pro.
Develop web mapping applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Integrate GIS services with enterprise applications and APIs.
Perform spatial analysis and manage geospatial data.
Develop and maintain geodatabases and spatial datasets.
Troubleshoot GIS application issues and optimize system performance.
Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver GIS solutions.

Required Skills

Strong experience with ArcGIS development.
Experience with ArcGIS API for JavaScript.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
Experience with spatial databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle Spatial.
Knowledge of GIS concepts, spatial analysis, and geospatial data management.
Experience with REST APIs and web services.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with QGIS or other GIS platforms.
Knowledge of cloud GIS environments such as ArcGIS Online.
Experience with geospatial data visualization and mapping tools.
Experience working in Agile development environments.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
