Job Title: Java Backend Developer / Full Stack Developer (W2 Candidates only)
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Locals only)
Duration: 12 Months (Contract) 
Primary Skills: Java Backend, Java, Spring framework and Hibernate.
 Note: ********Face to Face Interview**********

 Key Responsibilities:

Analyze user requirements to define application objectives and system functionality.

Design and develop web and mobile application solutions for internet and intranet platforms.

Build scalable backend services and APIs using Java/J2EE technologies.

Design and implement user interfaces and application features throughout the development lifecycle.

Select appropriate design methodologies, frameworks, and development tools.

Write, test, and maintain high-quality, efficient, and reusable code.

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.

Develop technical documentation and support tools for users and internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

Hands-on experience designing and developing applications using Java/J2EE platforms.

Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

Experience working with Relational Databases and SQL.

Experience with ORM technologies such as Hibernate and JPA2.

Hands-on experience with the Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Boot preferred).

Experience developing web applications using frameworks such as JSF, Wicket, GWT, or Spring MVC.

Experience with Java backend development and enterprise application architecture.
